We offer replacements on defective items within 30 days of purchase. Items must not show any signs of wear/use in order to be eligible for replacement. We will not accept merchandise that appears to have been used for a few days and then returned.
Furthermore, this policy does not apply to orders which have been issued a volume discount. All orders that have been issued a volume discount are final with no possibility for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
If you have an item that's eligible for replacement simply ship us the item and include a letter describing the problem(s) with your item(s). Once we receive and inspect the item(s) we will then ship you your replacement(s). We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
Orders under $250 must be placed online. Also, please note that all wholesale orders are sold by case-pack quantities.
If you sell on eBay or Amazon, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any of your service inquires. We suggest that you match our policies to avoid a service deficit.
